Accessibility Statement

PAIQ RAAS, S.L. ("PAIQ", "we", "us", or "our") wants everyone to be able to use paiq.io, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. This statement describes where we stand today, what we are still improving, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

1. Conformance status

Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). paiq.io is currently partially conformant: most of the website meets WCAG 2.2 AA, but some parts listed below do not yet fully conform.

2. Measures we take

• Semantic HTML landmarks (navigation, main content, footer) and a logical heading structure on every page
• A color palette checked against the WCAG minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text)
• Full keyboard operability, including a "Skip to content" link and visible focus indicators
• Decorative animations are hidden from screen readers, and motion is reduced for users who enable the "reduce motion" preference in their system settings
• Automated accessibility audits (axe-core, WCAG 2.2 ruleset) plus manual review as part of every significant website release

3. Known limitations

We are aware of the following areas that may not work perfectly for everyone yet:

• Animated product demos. The homepage includes simulated conversation demos. They are marked as decorative for screen readers, and their content is also available as plain text on the page.
• Kemi, the voice and chat assistant. The website assistant relies on third-party voice technology. Everything Kemi can do is also available by email.
• Older document pages. Some legal pages are being progressively reworked to the same standard as the rest of the site.

We aim to reply within 2 business days and to fix confirmed barriers as quickly as possible.

5. Enforcement procedure

If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the market surveillance authority in your EU Member State. In Spain, digital accessibility requirements are set by Royal Decree 1112/2018 and Law 11/2023, which transpose the European Accessibility Act.

This statement was prepared on July 09, 2026 and last reviewed on July 10, 2026, based on automated testing with axe-core (WCAG 2.2 ruleset) and a manual review of the website. We review and update it with every significant website release.
