How do I connect my Instagram account?

During onboarding you connect through Meta's official login. It takes under 5 minutes. We only request the Instagram permissions that the features of your plan need.

What happens after my Agent Trial?

It continues as Front Desk at 49€ + VAT a month, charged to your card, unless you cancel in the customer portal before the month ends. If you cancel, your assistant stops at the end of the month. Your Instagram data and leads are deleted 30 days later; your account and agent setup are kept so you can come back. We keep a coded value derived from your Instagram account's ID for 13 months after the Instagram account is connected (at least 12 months after the trial ends), so the same account cannot take the offer again.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the customer portal (the link is in your account settings) at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No questions asked.

Is my data safe?

Absolutely. Data is stored on EU servers and encrypted in transit (TLS), and off-site backups are encrypted with AES-256. We never sell your data or your followers' data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Does PAIQ work for WhatsApp or other platforms?

Today PAIQ works on Instagram DMs only. Other platforms are not available and no launch date has been announced.
