How do I connect my Instagram account?
During onboarding you connect through Meta's official login. It takes under 5 minutes. We only request the permissions needed to read and reply to DMs.
What happens after my free trial ends?
You'll be asked to choose a plan and add a payment method. If you don't upgrade, your account will be paused and your data is kept safe for 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the customer portal (the link is in your account and in your receipts) at any time. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No questions asked.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. Data is stored on EU servers, encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS). We never sell your data or your followers' data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does PAIQ work for WhatsApp or other platforms?
Today PAIQ works on Instagram DMs only. Other platforms are not available and no launch date has been announced.
